Would it be effective at all to take kre alk while taking Juggernaut which contains a creatine in it? Just thought it'd be good to know b4 I buy, bc it's really cheap right now.

you can do 1 kre-alkalyn pre and 1 capsule post, i will do this myself on top of a pre workout because most pre workouts dont contain enough creatine.

I will always say if you can use mono, use it. If you can not Kre is a great other option. If your looking for a PWO with kre there is always K-Otic. Has everything you need and works great. Jugg is a great PWO don;t get me wrong, but thought I would put another option out there.

If Juggernaut contains 4-5 grams creatine, no need to add KA on top. However, you COULD use the KA on off days when you will likely not consume a pre-workout.

well i usually take my creatine pre and post and i use KRE-ALKALYN from AAEFX. but there are times when i'm also taking their pre-workout product KOTIC which already contains the kre-alkalyn in it. so what i do is take the KOTIC pre-workout and then just take the KRE-ALKALYN caps post. you can try that and see how it works for you man. take your pre-workout and then the kre-alkalyn post.
