Props to you for doing this. I never would have had the balls to ask a girl out in HS that I wasn't already pretty close with.
My suggestion for asking her out: have a friend of yours write "VD?" on your back, and then have them take a picture of you doing a rear lat spread. Tear the door off her locker, and tape the picture in there. In doing this, you will a) demonstrate your physical superiority to other potential mating partners, b) display confidence, c) earn a chance to PIITB, and d) find out if she has any venereal diseases, as "VD" will probably be interpreted by her in that way if so.Today I'll do what others won't, so tomorrow I can do what others can't.

1. Go for it
2. Be confident w/o getting the attitude "She should feel lucky I am asking her out"
3. Run what you want to say to her through your head so you dont get tongue-tied and sound awkward
4. Ask her early in the day before someone else gets the chance

Haha, well apparently she sorta liked me and got all embarrassed when her friends talked about me (longer story behind that) and I always found her cute, so I think something could work out . I'm just gonna go for it - why not?

Regarding the girl... I never got the chance to ask her at school BUT there's a slight story behind that. There was a concert tonight and we actually talked together it was fun. We brought up Valentines day and she said she has swimming tomorrow and can't hang out that night Damnnitttttttttttttt. Now I have no Valentines date! Fuurraaakkk I'm upset/10
Anyway, I'm not in the mood to type up the entire workout, but damn it was sh*tty.
I squatted 365x3 which felt LIGHT as ever, put on 400 and only got it once. The 2nd rep was more of a psyche out more than anything because the 1st rep flew up (srs). On neighbors wifi at the moment so i can't put up videos but guise it was super easy haha. No matter - I am going to squat 405x3 Friday.
Bench: 240 x 4 - lost my arch like usual and stalled on the way up. Still a 2.5 lb PR, but nothing spectacular. I'm going up to 245x3 on Friday, and then going back down to 240 and then 5 repping that ish on Monday.
Chins: up to +57.5 x 5. Felt cheatsy, and not too bad! This was a solid PR - +2.5lbs and 1 rep! Boom!live.laugh.lift

Sorry for not posting. In math right now so it may be a short post. Anyway Wednesday was light however I accidentally did 365x3 deadlift instead of my 355 I should have done. Beltless. Felt alright but I still gotta work on tightness. It doesnt matter how heavy it is... My arch is just never solid.
Today will hold a fukking legit 405x3 squat (belt still has not come in yet so this will be fun), 245x3 bench arched to the max, and 195lb rows.
After that I'm hanging with the girl I talked about earlier. The one I have a thing for. I'm really excited.
Man, today's going to be a long day: test, presentation, presentation, heavy lifting PRs, hanging out with cute bish, sleep, work. Great way to start the break! will post up workout either late tonight or tomorrow!live.laugh.lift

F*cking madness yesterday. I killed all my lifts, finally repped out 405, and had a splendid hangout sesh with girl. Both of our friends, Megan, came along to break the ice etc. We were both a little shy around each other at first but then later on in the night we began hitting it off and all in all just had a really good time. She's going to be gone all break but the mission shall continue post break.
Back to the workout:
To begin, I'd like to say the bet that my buddy Sam and I had going on. We both planned on buying whoever wins the race to 405 x 3 squat a burger, fries, and malt from The Ranch (AMAZING FAST FOOD), however he has a little competition face on. I hit 405 x 3 yesterday AFTER his top set, then I finished, gave him a high five etc and he was like, "fk this, i'm hitting 405x3 also." That being said, he DESTROYED 405x3 and after work today we went out to the Ranch and got bigger ftw. Good stuff.
Anyway, i'm running on 4 hours of sleep and could use a nap right now. Crashing for a while and then partying later. Wooooo
