Dusty is a hard worker, very determined, and seems like an overall good guy. I root for him every time.. I think he has what it takes to turn pro.
I also don't think of Cody lewis as a top tier potential. The OP was asking about people who might turn pro, but the Cody Lewis reference was about turning top tier pro in a few years. Looking at his physique I don't see top tier, but turning pro maybe. (I say maybe because Dan Hill is a pro )
Are you feeling that way because of his military priorities?

Nice enough dude with amazing potential. On the local circuit, the critique was always that he was never lean/dry enough. In the community where he used to compete, a dry middleweight would always win over a almost-as-dry superheavy weight--even if the shw was of the same BF and looked way more awesome. For example, my very first show entailed posing off with him, and I was 153lbs. Also, and I can say this because I am done with the sport (for many reasons, not limited to spinal damage), local politics absolutely held him down in a way that anyone in the community could attest to.
