November 2nd Workout A
Working out sick is unpleasant

Finally back to regular grip pull-ups. Lol @ my lost strength with the grip changes. I’m sure I’ll regain it quite quickly.

These sucked. They were difficult. Form wasn’t too bad, until the third set. Doing squats while sick=death. Took like 5 minute rest periods. Only finished them because I was stubborn.

Bench press just wasn’t there. If I wasn’t sick I had this weight for sure. 150 was so clean.

Quick update: I woke up sick as ever this morning so I took the day off school. I'm feeling better but not completely recovered by any means. My appetite took a hit though. I hardly ate after my workout yesterday and I ate a very small amount today.
