We all have one of those days where getting up the gym is an effort (don't get me wrong I normally can't wait to get up there) what do you guys do to get in that mindset?

I watch ANY greg plitt video on youtube, his speeches he comes out with on them...he goes too far, but i just watch one video *usually the video of the body parts im gonna be working on* and just say back to myself on the way to the gym what he says, and if im struggling getting energy for the last sets, i just think of a random quote from him, it really works
