    Swole Kreate?

    Anyone try this supplement? It's gotten great reviews on gnc and bodybuilding.com. Not a lot of people talk about it tho. It has KreAlkalyn creatine 1050.00 mg
    Fenugreek (seed extract) 600.00 mg
    Methoxyisoflavone 100.00 mg
    Ecdysterone 100.00 mg
    Eurycoma longifolia (root extract) 50.mg

    What will this product do for me?

    I been lifting for about 3 years now only been taking whey protein. Im now starting to look into other supplements like creatine and bcaa's. I'm a pretty skinny guy bulking up. What supplements would you recommend for me?

    technically neither...but it will facilitate both size and strength gains by helping to increase ATP in cells, allowing you for more explosive power when lifting. Nothing builds muscle besides excess calories + training, creatine merely helps make that training have more impact.

    Creatine has benefits in the population as a whole, fail to see why it is going to matter if he supplements with it now instead of later? It's benefits expand far beyond just lifting/running. It's also naturally occurring and extremely cheap to supplement with.
