Yep, Triple Strength Fish Fats is the way to go!!!! 2 a day for most, others will use 3 soft gels.

They are all fine. none of them have mercury. look at the levels of EPA and DHA on the back of the bottle.

I use the double-strength fish oil they sell at Target and it's $8.99 for a months supply (at 3g of EPA/DHA per day).

Mercury-free, distilled, etc. and no-burp formula.

Another option would be Krill Oil. There are tons of studies showing up that it is more beneficial than fish oil.

i got a great deal on believe it or not the vitamin shoppe brand, it has 735 epa / 165 dha in each pill, plus i never get fish burps either. its the "ultimate gold " edition of their fish oil.
