Then don't take them. Pre's aren't an essential supplement. If you really want a pick me up just try plain coffee or caffeine pills to see if you still crash. If not it could be something else in the preworkout you are taking.

i crashed after every serving of White Flood versions 1 & 2. haven't tried this new 3rd version so can't speak on that one at the moment.
