People praise the nutritional benefits of wheat grass juice, but is there and nutritional difference between wheat grass and Kentucky blue grass from your lawn?

What makes you think wheat grass juice is so special? http://www.dynamicgreens.com/wheatgr...heatgrass.html
-Cause animals eating wheat grass alone thrive better than just vegetables so it must be better?
-Cause it will help your body achieve its optimal pH balance?
You can get all the vitamins and minerals you need for optimal health and body composition by consuming a well-balanced diet. I wouldn't start eating grass clippings unless I knew it was safe and washed it thoroughly and even then... The good thing about it is if you find out it is safe and healthy to eat then you can consider your front lawn a type of food storage to be consumed in the event of an emergency when you don't have access to any other food sources.

You grow wheatgrass at home. It is healthier, less contaminated, it is a source of vitamins, enzymes and minerals. The outdoor grass has weeds and its specification is not as healthy as growing wheatgrass which is an "eco" crop
