Well lately I haven't been noticing gains in my chest and I was wondering what you guys here think I could do to fix that.

If you're referring to gains in strength I workout chest twice a week, Sunday and Thursday, Sunday-Heavy Thursday-Moderate
Sunday-
FlatBench 5x5
Incline Bench 4x6-8
Weighted Dips 3 or 4x6-10
Cable Crossover 3x10-15
Thursday-
Dumbell Flat Bench 4x10
Decline Machine Press 3x10-12
Incline Flyes 3x10-12
Pushups 3xFailure
My max bench has been going up about 5lbs per week! 2 months ago I maxed out at 185 at 152lbs bodyweight now I weigh 160lbs and can rep 185 10-12 times! My chest size has also Increased a great amount and I can dip 90lbs more than my bodyweight for 6-8 reps.
