He was a good poster, and even kept up with me and other random people over issues with other sites. His posts always brought humor to the dick measuring contests that go on between people on this forum, he can never be replaced. It's something like this that makes me stop and think about my own life.

I hope, too, that members of this community, the Supplements section especially, can appreciate his incessant endeavors to help educate the consumer through his intelligence, deduction, and wit. I had never encountered someone before that could raze companies and expose so many of the shady practices of this industry.
I can certainly say that I scrutinize and am much more cynical (as a consumer should be) of the supplement industry because of him.
And that's just the BB.com side of things.
We miss you, Joey... These past few days have been heartbreaking.

Rest in peace Joey, lots and lots of prayers to you and your family.
If We Could Bring You Back Again
If we could bring you back again,
For one more hour or day,
We’d express all our unspoken love;
We’d have countless things to say.
If we could bring you back again,
We’d say we treasured you,
And that your presence in our lives
Meant more than we ever knew.
If we could bring you back again,
To tell you what we should,
You’d know how much we miss you now,
And if we could, we would.

Josh,
Please tell me this is some kind of sick joke??? I'm literally sick feeling hearing this news, as I've never met Joey in real life, but we've communicated via email on many occasions. He was one of the realest people on these forums. Does anyone know any circumstances as to what happened?
Joey may you rest in peace!

This truely saddens me like many here. Joey was unique and a fresh breath of air sometimes when someone needed to speak the truth... the way he did it was incredibly intelligent and although I only knew him through here and a few emails, I still felt a bond with him. This really has a way of waking you up to the realization that life is way too short and sad things happen to good people. You will be missed Placebro.

Guys,
Please respect Josh's wish to not disclose the specifics surrounding this matter. If you do so privately, that is your choice but this is not the place for it.
We are trying to raise money to help Joey's family financially and to show how much he meant to us, so let's focus on the task at hand. I know it can be difficult not knowing what happened, but please don't speculate ITT.
FACT: The average funeral costs over $6,000 dollars and that does not include cemetary and burial services, so we have a lot of work to do.
Thanks to everyone who expressed their condolences and well wishes to his loved ones.self-proclaimed huguenot
