    Beginner Weightlifter Help

    Hi Forums
Im 16 years old and have recently started Weightlifting and need some help in my routine as i find it hard to get results..
I have just started taking Creatine Monohyrate(Still in loading phase) and im 5'9 and weigh 58kg.
When i work out i roughly bench 25kg and deadlift around 30kg.. not much but im only been doing it for a couple of months..
I usually work out for around 20-30 mins and I am usually pretty wrecked afterwards..
I really need a routine and excercise routine to start seeing some results..
I would REALLY appreciate any help!

You reaaaaaally dont need to be using Creatine if you're really just starting off. Check out the Supersite on bb.com, they have tons of mass gain plans that you can personalize.

In my opinion, dont worry about creatine yet, just work hard, eat right, and sleeeep.

I kinda would feel better with using Creatine as i have been weightlifting for maybe 4 months and i have allready used a whey protein and didnt notice any difference.. i understand how maybe i don't need it , but i would prefer using it.

You have been lifting for 4 months and only deadlift 30kg for reps? What is you current routine and what was your lifts when you started?

Its up to you to use it or not, Im just saying that when starting off, ALL you should be worrying about is working hard in the gym, getting the right amount of protein and sleeping.

Buy a gym membership, it would probably be too expensive for you to buy everything

yeah i know it doesnt seem much but really i don't look weak i just cant seem to do much more than that.. but maybe the bar weighs a bit as i havnt counted that..
My current routine is really sloppy and basically consists of me benching 25kg for about 2sets of 10 and then doing deadlifts of 30kg for 2sets of 10 again..then to cool down for a while i do about 50 situps and then i just lift dumbells of around 15kg for awhile and then redo the bench and deadlifts and thats pretty much it.. when i started i only benched around 15kg ..

Ok. Buy a gym membership, do Starting Strength, eat lots of food, learn proper form for all exercises. You can PM me if you want any advise

yeah but i'd suggest looking at different routines and doing some research before going straight into lifting and doing what you've been doing. knowledge = power
