how do I get my triceps to be as solid as my biceps and shoulders? I have a horseshoe it's a decent tricep but I have good biceps and shoulders how do I improve my triceps. This is my tricep workout:
Lying Triceps Extensions (20 lb) 4 sets, 10 reps
Standing Tricep Extensions (20 lb) 3 sets, 10 reps
Tricep Dips (Iron Gym) 3 sets, 20 reps

Dips with elbows in, sets of 5~ use weight
Close grip bench press.
Regular bench press.
Push press.
Squats
Deadlift

In my opinion, Tricep Rope Pulldowns are the best Tricep Exercises (after dips) for building size and definition. However, the crucial factor is to ensure you pull the rope ends out into a v at the bottom and maintain close elbow to torso throughout. For pretty much any tricep exercise use close elbows to torso for maximal tricep workout.
