    Injury -- NEED HELP.

    I am a competitive football player. Due to drug tests, i have never taken any supplements other than basic protein/creatine. I recently suffered a serious injury, i have not been able to train (in any way shape or form for months). The injury caused nerve damage to my legs, I lost a ton of muscle. Because I went from intense training 5 times a week to absolutely nothing - i have lost 30 lbs and gained ****ty fat.

    I have never experimented with anything other than pro/creat. But i am in serious need of a boost so I can make it back for next season and be back where I was - if not better.

    Any recommendations on something safe that can give me rapid gains? - Remember I am not experienced with this sort of thing, so I am looking for something easy to take.
