    ahahaha I thought you were joking. Then I went there and the site is kind of cool, need to take exact measurements and try it out, all fun and games of course, but according to my memory of my lifts I could be 191 lbs and 10% bf, Pretty close to goals I was shooting for. and lifts were pretty dang close.
