Easy is good. How do those 8 reppers feel? I always felt they were pretty difficult after the triples, but then again, I would sometimes attempt them with no rest.

Form looks good bro, especially on OH press. Im with you on the deads, finally upped the weight over the past month from 225 up to 355 for 5 reps. Im actually looking forward to deadlift days now, love seeing the lifts go up.

Not ignoring the log again, just taking a few days off to let my quad heal up. Haven't done lower body since Friday I think and it does feel better as of right now. If it feels good tomorrow morning, I'll get some work in. Screwed around on bench and it's at 250 right now which isn't very good, but let's me know where I am and where I need to be.

Because I'm a dumb-dumb, I worked out and it went OK. Hit my reps on squats this time, but bench was the same. Felt easier, but rep 5 would not have gone. I think it will go next week, so I'll probably give it one more shot before resetting on that lift.
