Fat Free/Sugar Free yogurt, 35 calories per 100grams.

I eat a little over 2 pounds of "Yoplait Source" yogurt daily, fills me right up and its cheap as fauk 2 boot.
    http://www.yoplait.ca/source/en/brasse_stirred.aspx

Also strawberries, 32 calories per 100grams.

Freeze them and they are even more satiating.

I think people are confusing filling with calorie density, just because it's voluminous or sparse in calories doesn't make it filling

Actually, mushrooms typically contain a bit more CHO than protein, though about 1/3 of the CHO is in the form of fiber.

Updated to what everyone is agreeing on so far. I haven't tried a lot of these. How do you make a cottage cheese omelet? I'm guessing just add the cottage cheese after the eggs are done cooking..?

Puffed cereal - especially with the Kroger/FM Carbmaster yogurt that was mentioned above.

Recently I have gotten into making turnip fries - you can eat a whole turnip for 15g of carbs and it serves as a decent substitute.

I've never heard of turnip fries. How do you prep them?

I'm thinking of this as well. When the eggs are close to being done (or done with flame off) they're still pretty hot. It's likely that just adding the cottage cheese and mixing it up a bit more will melt it right away.
