Fat Free/Sugar Free yogurt, 35 calories per 100grams.
I eat a little over 2 pounds of "Yoplait Source" yogurt daily, fills me right up and its cheap as fauk 2 boot.

Also strawberries, 32 calories per 100grams.
Freeze them and they are even more satiating.
