How much do the shorter barbells weigh?
I know the standard ones weigh 45, but how much do the shorter ones that the gym has (mostly for deadlifting) weigh?
Btw, they're made by Hampton, I believe. Not sure if that makes a difference.

you might look weird doing it but, take the bar with you to the scale. weigh yourself without it and then with it and youll see
265 1rm bench press
385 1rm deadlift
the gym is my home. gained 25 lbs this year, been lifting for 10 months...
