I'm talking about loading the bar and putting it on your painful bacne for squats. I don't have much though luckily.

I like working out shirtless (slightly homo) sometimes so its worse

For bros having acne problems, how much milk do you guys drink? My face cleared up a lot when I stopped drinking milk. I still have lots of acne though, but that's because I don't drink a lot of water (really should though).

It only troubles me when I have a few big spots on my back other then that I dont get any pain.

Acne is alpha. If you look back in history all the greatest warriors never smeared beauty cream on their faces that some dudes nowadays do. Now I'm going to say I'm not against people who do this, but then I'd be lying. So if you have bacne you are probably related to a great warrior, and hence have great lifting genetics. It's just science and common sense really.

I've always had this slight acne, I tried not drinking milk for a month and not eating sweets + eating tons of fruit, still had it, have been drinking a litre a day chocolate, etc, no difference, maybe a slight increase on chest, but probably not. My dad still has some back acne so I think it'll always stay with me unfortunately.

I have slight back/shoulder acne, doesnt hurt though. Try to alter between high/low bar to see which one feels best. I'd consider doing front squats if it was really painful.

I got some facial acne, and some bacne. My face is worse though..

Accidently putting the barbell onto bacne often results in a very womanly scream...

Pretty annoying as **** .. try to put a cream on it after workout .. or have a wash .. or just wet towel.. helps a ton .. it did with me + go to the dermatologist .. they give you a nice cream .. works pretty nicely
