    Trouble with Pec Flies

    Hi guys, I've looked at many videos online about how to do pec flies (both flat and incline) properly, yet when I've been doing it I really don't feel like my pecs are getting a good workout. For some reason pec flies give my biceps and shoulders a better workout. My pec muscles don't really feel fatigued at all. I do about 10 reps (until my biceps/shoulders can't lift another rep). Has anyone else experienced this? What am I doing wrong?

    I get this too. Close your eyes and concentrate on squeezing your pecs.

    If that doesn't work then the exercise just doesnt work for you and dont bother with it.
