@Dopamine The couch stretch is awesome man, have been doing pigeon as well.. feel a very tight pull for the first 2 min or so.. aiming for 3 min a leg. Lower back has been feeling a lot better.. I think the pain came from tightness in glutes plus I noticed I was sorta jerking the wait off the ground while doing deads. BTW bro my phone is fuked right now .. dropped it in snow lol. If ya need me get at me on here.
