    Hi all

    All of you that have reduced your cellulite what chages exactly did you make.. exercises, diet, even if you started moisturizing. How old are you, did you lose weight, eat more or less, increase workouts.. so on

    I get horrible cellulite all over my lower half...butt, quads, hams. LIFING HEAVY is the way to go, while still incorporating some cardio (30 minutes, 3 times a week) if you have have some weight/fat to lose.

    Even at competition weight (11%) I still had a lot of cellulite on my butt/legs. Oh wells. Fact of life!

    I had a ton when I was really heavy but by the time I shed the 80lbs I lost I had next to none. I kept a modest deficit the entire time I was cutting and was following SL5x5. I won't say it's COMPLETELY gone, but it's laughable in comparison.
