Creatine's i've tried:
Cellmass- did nothing
Celltech- did nothing, tried it when I was inexperienced and stupid and thought all that sugar helped.
Creatine monohydrate- used recently and got minor gains but it bloated me extremely bad and made me feel like a fat ass. It also gave me stomach cramps and I couldn't eat much while on it. I only drank it with water.
So i've been reading some posts and heard good things about green magnitude. So I was thinking about trying that.
I listened to a personal trainer on youtube who reads ingredients and can tell you what will work. He said the creatine blends tend to work better. He recommended creatines such as CREAture, and universal storm. He said he hasnt tried storm but the ingredients looked good. He said Creature is the only one he could swear by because he currently uses it and gets good gains from it.
So I want to know from people who have actually used alot of creatines which ones work? I don't want any that bloats.

Just about every Creatine I have tried has bloated me...with one exception.
AEN's CreatineRT is the only one that hasn't.
I blame the sugar intake with the creatine more then anything else at this point. And with CreatineRT there is no need for the sugar so they say.
As far as effect goes, they were all about the same for me I noticed very little difference.
One thing to watch for, don't take Glutamine with your creatine, I saw two guys at the gym the other night, down a preworkout they mixed there with Jak3d, Glutamine, and Creatine powders.

I personally like mono and c-Bol(not together of course. Some others get good feedback bit I haven't tried them.

As a non-rep I have to recommend Controlled Labs Green Magnitude. $40 for 80 servings. 2 1/2 months worth even if taken everyday (training and none). Great value, tastes good, and I don't get any stomach discomfort from it.
Although Storm looks interesting and a question if a Universal Reps pops back in, bbing.com says there are 4 forms of creatine when the label lists 6. Just wondering why the TriCreatine Matrix (Gluconate, Orotate, and AKG) counts as one form? Definitely might be giving this a try when my green mag runs out. Any samples available anywhere? I've never used Storm so I can't/won't recommend it but I must admit it looks pretty interesting.

It is actually 6 forms of creatine in Storm. Unfortunately we don't have samples of Storm at this time. It really is a great, under rated formula, amazing value and results.
MCC is good however too much of it can cause GI distress from the magnesium, some companies have had to reformulate their products because of too much magnesium caused issues.Free Agent
