Especially find it amusing that you go with cashew milk- more expensive and less calories than many other options (coconut milk would be another dairy free option).

Met up with the boys today... crushed some In N' Out + Chipotle and then hit a world famous donut spot afterwards..
Last Meal was absolutely INSANE! ~6lbs of Chicken Curry (around 4.5k cals)

OK I am down for a food challenge this week. My local Japanese has a Ramen bowl challenge that i'll be attempting..
Some info;
Komachi Japanese Restaurant challenges you to eat an enormous bowl full of Ramen. If you finish the bowl full of Ramen and soup by yourself within a 60 minute time limit, you will receive a $100 meal voucher – and the soup & ramen you complete will be free! You must finish both the ramen and the soup. Note: if you are not successful you will have to pay $100.- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.

It was indeed homemade
Ramen/Pho challenges.. call AHEAD and ask if you are allowed to let the broth cool prior to being served.. this is the deal breaker with these types of challenges.
