I may actually try this on my next days off; seems like fun.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Watch the vid (and his first one on this); he is doing it as a contest thing and choosing fast food that is very widely available to people all over the world.
Would be fun, but just have too much to do most days to eat that much; it leaves me feeling over-full and ill, lethargic.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Planned McDonalds Menu-
2 Fillet O' Fish- $5
1, 10 Piece Chicken Nuggets- $5
2 McDoubles- $5
2 Holiday Pies- $1
2 Sausage Egg Burritos- $1
3 Cookies- $1
1 Fry- ~$1.20
1 Large Coke- $1
Might switch something out for a sundae, not sure, trying to keep it simple since this would be the first 'challenge' type thing for me. More looking to have fun with it; 18:45 would be the time to beat. Planning to do this tomorrow hopefully.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Would almost prefer Taco Bell, but not sure I want to wait for a month or whatever until he puts that video out; also with how much Taco Bell has on their value menu you might get full fast, ~$20 in mostly tacos/burritos is filling, even with some nachos/cinnamon twists tossed in.
Also- Yup, I WANT that shirt.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
