sorry i'm new to this section, how the hell are you guys eating Ben&Jerry's all the time? i see it in the "Meals Eating Now xx" every time i go in there. There's even a thread dedicated to it... so please aware me on how you work out and eat this all the time?

Ice cream is delicious, but ever since I started lifting I really have gotten into Kroger carbmaster yogurts mixed with cereal for a sweet treat.....Also, ffgy with sugar free jello is awesome. Both are great options for a sweet treat and also it is nice that you get protein in these treats so you can fit even more treats into your macros .

I just had a pint of B&J's OCC and a package of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pop Tarts...I see no problem with it, and my night ended on an EXTREMELY high note!!! aha
