sorry i'm new to this section, how the hell are you guys eating Ben&Jerry's all the time? i see it in the "Meals Eating Now xx" every time i go in there. There's even a thread dedicated to it... so please aware me on how you work out and eat this all the time?

I don't B&J or any sort of desserts. I'd rather eat steaks/burgers/Chicken all day.
Quest bars are the only thing close to dessert that I eat.

Ice cream is delicious, but ever since I started lifting I really have gotten into Kroger carbmaster yogurts mixed with cereal for a sweet treat.....Also, ffgy with sugar free jello is awesome. Both are great options for a sweet treat and also it is nice that you get protein in these treats so you can fit even more treats into your macros

I grew up with cheap ice cream, and damnit, I like cheap ice cream. That strawberry swirl party pail at Kroger is what I keep going back to after trying the rest. Simple vanilla with HFCS strawberry flavor, please.

I went backpacking for the week and took about 4 boxes worth of pop tarts. I was eating them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Best week ever. I think I went through every flavor minus the limited edition pumpkin one....which I'm looking for now. Damn those things are good.
