Been trying to find new exercises for both. Don't workout at a gym so this limits alot. For legs my fav workout that seemed to build the most muscle size was the leg extensions back when I was using a gym. I remember hardly ever doing squats or going too heavy on squats & just from going heavy on leg extensions my quads were huge. I do have a cable machine and try to improvise to get the leg extension exercise but its just not the same...Any ideas? For the most part I do bench flat/incline (Alternate between dumbells and barbell) butterflys, dips, & cable. For legs squats, lunges, step ups, and I put straps on ankles & do knees ups.
