1. The Defense played so so... it seems that the shot themselves in the foot a bunch of times.
2. Ryan played LIGHTS OUT! (I don't think he is THAT good but good to see he took advantage of a sh#tty QB)
3. Loyd was a non factor in a day we needed him.

5. Edelman is the HEART of this team, dude is an unbelievable football player!

Patriots need rhythm, they never play great after a bye. A nice win with lots of mistakes makes for a good, focused week of improvement in practice and prep for the next game. I expect them to come out firing on all cylinders next Sunday.

Lots of deep/intermediate passes from Brady tonight. I'm thinking that's to back off the Steelers/Chiefs for more short routes but we'll see.

The national media shat on the Texans for 2 straight weeks but I think the defense played very well against the Patriots and should be praised for that. I check after the game and I see no praise whatsoever, only disrespect saying that Tom Brady didn't play his best game. Yeah that's because Clowney, Mercilus and others were in his face a lot. Patriots are a great enough team that they can overcome that so I knew eventually they would pull away. Even before the game all I heard was how the Patriots would beat the Texans 45-10. The Texans defense deserves some fukking credit for what they were able to do to Brady in the first half. The offense is a different story, they are pathetic

Defense played amazing, and if the Patriots played like the Patriots, none of those drives would have existed.

This being said, if the offense doesn't screw up and turn the ball over, I think the defense should be able to hold Pitt under 20, and the offense should be able to hit the 30 mark.
