Its my birthday tomorrow and we are making shikabobs (however you spell it). Does anyone have a good chicken marinade for them. Also any ideas for some good cake. I was just thinking of making strawberry shortcake.

damn - my mom already made a marinde that is made of a couple different spices but is mainly chili sauce and vegetable oil. Won't the vegetable oil kill the nutritional value of the chicken, or will alot of it drip off in the grill? Im very upset, its going to add like 15 grams of fat to the chicken and tons of calorie won't it?

As for cakes - what do you want? There are lots of ways to decrease the saturated fat and carb content of cakes...

thanks everybody for wishing me a happy birthday, shishkabobs were awsome!! We also had green bean cassorol, fruit salad, and strawberry angelfood cake for dessert. I got lots of money and was going to buy a good cookbook. Any ideas on a good low fat, high protein cookbook, basically bodybuilding oriented?

I have another question. I am currently just trying to maintain my BF for summer and then bulk through winter. So I am essentially on a super clean bulk. How much will a big meal and dessert like I had set me back. Like will much fat even be stored or if I get right back on track with my diet Ill be fine or what?
Screw It Im going for a run! Bye

Try this on a cheat day. LOL. Reeses Pieces, Cheescake w/wip cream. Thai Food with Peanut Sauce and a side of white rice. Mango and Creamy Rice and Chicken Sandwhich with Ranch Dressing, Fries and Mudslide, Daquiri w/ whip cream all in one day. All Space out by the way. Keeps me sane. I only do this maybe every 2 weeks.
