The HS leg press looked like this
You have to climb really high, like ceiling high, and the bottom of the rep range feels like you're going to fall. Really weird.

it's a chest supported row. It's a very strict row with your chest supported on an incline, and this is an additional 105 to the lever weight which is probably 20-30lbs.
As you can see in this video:
this guy seems to be rowing 185 on the chest-supported row, and he is allowing his chest to come off of the machine, and he's also a helluva a lot stronger than me.Workout Log:

To be able to sacrifice, at any moment, what you are now for what you will become.
The past three nights my friends have gone out partying. I stayed in my room with netflix(american of course) and a protein shake(which I will be replacing soon, because this sh!t is nasty). Tonight my friends came to my door and said, "come drink with us". I said I couldn't because I had to eat, they said alright fine. So I went and ate by myself. Walked through the freezing cold, and I ate my ate 80g of protein and a diet coke completely alone. Soon after I got back home my friends came knocking again, "why aren't you drinking with us? Stop being a pussy". I told them that today I looked at my progress pictures, and I look worse now then I did in August. And as fun as partying was and how much it hurts to stay 100% discipline every hour of my life, failure hurt more.
As I write this they're banging on my door again. TBH they sound like morons. Tomorrow, they'll regret drinking and wasting their time. Tomorrow, I'll still be here watching tv with my sh!tty protein shake, but that's what I want to do.
