figured i would share my experience with making my own version...this was tasty as hell...i was looking for nutritious pizza recipes when i came across Josef Rakich's aesthetic pizza thread, here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=131092493 ....attached are some pics of mine...
for the nutrition details...this is pretty much the gist of it:
flatbread pizza with filet mignon
749 calories
55g carbs
23g fat
86g protein
ingredients
260g filet mignon (only used salt and pepper as seasoning)
96g flatbread (Arnold pocket thins flatbread)
33g mozzarella (kraft fat free shredded)
56.5g cottage cheese (breakstones lowfat 2% milkfat)
32g tomato and basil sauce (bertolli organic traditional)
~1 cup of spinach (this was only on the filet mignon pizza)
~2 tbsp's of a tomato, green pepper, and onion diced veggies (this was on both pizzas, but since there wasnt nutrition facts i didnt count them, so not sure how much more this would "skew" the number but i figure in the grand scheme of things, its a negligible amount)

54g carbs
8g fat
65g protein

Josef is really remarkable. My ideal physique. I tried his pizzas for a bit, but then realized they were rubbish and would rather have a slice of regular pizza with some form of protein.
