Got an internship offer on Monday, followed by another one that was even better/more geared to my interests.
Unfortunately accepted the first one right away thinking nothing else would pop up.

i've been able to squat (smith for now) and do deads (romanian and sumo) for a bit after not being able to, afraid to also, for years. took me quite the amount of time to heal the back up and fix all these mobility issues. still not all way there yet but learning my hip flexors and glutes were a bigger problem then my hammies!
Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

first week of 6th med school semester, getting butt rape by assignments... dunno how this is a little victory but felt like posting it, maybe because i had not freak out yet lol.

partially tore my upper left hammie. (we think that's what it was anyways - my phusio and i).
recovery was rest, stretch, then i owrked on piriformis stuff and lots of it,
then front squats (mainly because they were the onlypain free LB compound i could do.
then back squats
