Anyone else have daily little victories? Today my DLV was that I used a smaller belt for squats!

Tomorrow's will be using a single flag belt for flag football instead of doubling up and looking like a fatty

I just made oatmeal and put in the perfect amount of water so the oatmeal is not too runny nor too dry.

Sunday i had Sushi and Papa Johns Pizza for the first time. I finally see why Sushi was allthe rage and plan making it a weekly thing. As far as Papa Johns, its the best of the chain pizza places but it cant beat local Mom and Pop places.
