Yeah I understand what you mean.
Gonna try this out, KK has some joocy squat form in that vid.
Brb watching everytime I squat.
Thanks brah.
Yeah I'm liking overhead pressing a lot as well, it's harder but each rep feels better and more controlled. Feeling it lot more in my delts too.
Might be.
What sort of stuff will you be doing?

A bit of light back and biceps as I don't have time during the week, then some badass conditioning stuff. Goal is to **** myself up as much as possible as it's the day before my rest/carb up day.
This saturday I'm going to do a circuit, 40kg barbell, 5 rounds for total time:
Bent over rows 20 reps
Front squat 20 reps
Push press 20 reps
Good morning 20 reps
Back squat 20 reps
500 reps in as short amount of time as possible

*Sniffs Sniffs*
Do anyone still remember me?
*Sniff Sniff*
2 months feel like ages but I'm glad to be back now so haiz guys!!!!!!
Life has been a roller coaster ride for the past two months I've been gone from here.
A little recap is that I've been cutting for almost the whole time and now down to around 190 after I've been around 210 for ages.
Feel lighter and a little bit more shredded than what I used to be.
I also got into Yale, which is still surprising to me until today that I got accepted but of course I am happy about it that I will be in the states for sure later this year!
Lastly (for this post at least), I also got a gym membership and a gym partner.
His name is Chris (ironically) and he lifts with a pretty good form so I would partner up with him for now although he's still pretty weak.
My lifts have also gone down because of the cut and also the unusual feeling about the weights at this new gym.
Will be logging a workout tomorrow but excited to be back of course.
<3 you all
Pawan

Lanked, keen workouts bro. Strong everyone starting madcows recently. Your form looks better than I remember it. Eagerly awaiting some mad gains on madcows for you. Sorry I haven't been on the log in a while btw, I haven't been on this website for a couple weeks.
Also welcome back Pawan, though I've spoken to you recently it's nice to see you back on the log. When will you be in states? We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit. -Aristotle

Hey hey you teen bodybuilding guru Matt!
I saw the thread you contributed about eating too many calories on misc and lol'd at how they kept messing up the basic knowledge about calories in and out and macronutrients after you tried to tell them the same thing for about 10 posts.
And no I'm not going to abandon you guys anymore <3
Thank you SR and I haven't been in here myself for a long long time too. Also, I will be in the states in August brother
Heyyyyo! Haven't talked to you in a longggg time haha, thanks bro and lets get it done!
Thanks bro!!
Today's workout: Madcow's Wednesday
Note: Not being so serious about lifting at the moment, just trying to observe myself and see how I'm getting used to the new weight set and the new feeling of weights. No point trying to progress for these two weeks as I will have to go away for a week later this month from the 23rd until the 28th. So I will start back up fresh and new afterwards, resetting every lifts and go on from then.
Back Squats
135 lbs x 5
165 lbs x 5
200 lbs x 5
200 lbs x 5
OHP
100 lbs x 5
120 lbs x 5
140 lbs x 5
150 lbs x 5 (spotter helped with the last two)
Deadlifts
250 lbs x 5
300 lbs x 5
350 lbs x 5
405 lbs x 3 (Form is not so good on the last two reps, going to definitely reset this after my break)
Also did some slow incline walk on a treadmill for 5 minutes after the workout.
PS. I don't weigh 210 lbs anymore but haven't updated my profile, I weighed myself today and I'm sitting at 190 in the evening so I may weigh even less in the morning. Might post some post-cut pics up when I'm done cutting, which is planned to be right before my break.
