    15 year old leg press record?

    if any of use no what the leg press record is for a 15 year old would you let me no, im currently doin 360 kgs (793 lbs) not including the weight stack, if you include tha weight of that im doing 413 kgs(910 lbs). so if you know any other 15 year olds that can do heavier pls tell me what theyre doing.

    i think i did 1000x10 after doing 1 plate x 10 2 plates x 10, 3 plates x 10 etc all the way up to 1000lbs

    ^ at 15

    did 2000x10 with hands on knees and small rom at 17

    heavy leg pressing is a joke, all its good for is the pump

    I started at 5'8" and 125 at age 14 and now I'm 6'1" 205.


    Also, in4squats. 1rm calc puts him at about 500lb 1rm. $1k on high squats.

    It's much higher than 793lbs, I could break 1,100 at 16 with crap ROM before I knew what real weightlifting was and my friend Gary could break 1,400 at the same age.

    Leg pressing is a joke, do a squat.

    Also, I'll give you $50 if you can produce a squat vid of 160kg(close to 400lbs?) for 13 reps and it's parallel or lower.
