I was always under the impression that "with food" meant right before or right after. Doesn't really matter doing it either way.

usually when something is recomended to be taken with food it is to avoid stomache upset. none of those pills should upset your stomache.. you could therefore consider your fish oil to be the food component so long as it doesnt upset your tummy

it doesnt matter if you take pills rite before or rite after eating the idea is that there is something in the gut to buffer the ingredients that you take with your pill. most pills will take a few mins to start breaking down so as long as you have something to eat with in 5 mins of ingesting the pill you will be fine.
on the other hand there are other reasons to take pills with food like " increased absorbsion"

Since you're taking three different supplements, I would space it as follows: eat 1/3 of your meal then take your multi; eat 2nd third of your meal then take CoQ10; finish your meal then take fish oil. Or just take all three right before you eat. Or right after. I'm just being a d!ck, it doesn't really matter as long as you got something in your stomach while the pills are digesting
