Did i forget to mention, its just 2 hours of me in my head, 2 hours where i have no care in the world other than just finishing one set after another, 2 hours where i know i am doing what i need to do.

the pump feels like sex and I just love being an aesthetic fool... pushing myself and achieving more and more with every workout. substitutes for me now that my days of athletic competition are behind me.

Late reply I know.....
I find bodybuilding fun because i enjoy constantly getting bigger, working hard knowing that every set is one set closer to my goal
Also i find it fun because you can sculpt your body and have it just how you'd like it. You can work on these things.
Finally, I find it fun because it gives you a confidence boost (I do it purely for myself) but it's just the idea of getting closer to competing and being on that stage doing what I want to do and achieving what I've always wanted to do..
Thanks

for me, because i can at least see positive changes in my life that I have and I can control, and no external factor can stop what I want to change
also the feeling of doing more and bigger, other changes in life won't come as fast or depends too much on other factors
It's like a reminder that I can do things for my better lifeBULKING - Aug 20-2016 (74kg)-Jan 1, 2017 (85kg)

Just like how Kardashian fans don't understand why people hate them... We have our own reasons why we enjoy the gym. Personally, I just like the feeling of achieving goals. Though, they're those 'get results fast' type of workout programs (ie: up strength every week), so I gotta switch it up, have faith, and be patient. :/
