Well it's good you're getting the added nootropic effect. Phenibut is generally a relaxant for me but it also increases how deep my sleep is. Hopefully things get better for you, I really hate sleep deprivation.

Slept ok this weekend but Ive been tired all day. Finished dinner around 6 and took 2 caps Phenibut XT at 8 and 1 at 830 just because I forgot to take 3. Havent taken any stims since yesterday afternoon preworkout. Goal is to be asleep between 11 and 12. Got a lot of work done yesterday and today so I have the night off for once.

It's odd that it seems to be so hit or miss with the sleep. Have you found anything that might help in getting the sleep and phenibut results? This must be confusing and frustrating, but as coop said, at least you're getting some of the nootropic effects. I took 1 single cap last night an hour before bed and had a very good sleep, but I don't have sleep issues either.

Well Im more frequently in a deep sleep on nights I take the phenibut and it seems to be a much deeper sleep since its taking me longer to wake up. Ill try it with melatonin tomorrow to see how the combo is but I might just end up going back to ****** a couple nights a week if I can keep getting into these deep sleeps and not waking up.

Met someone for lunch and dinner today so my meals and workout got pushed back today. Took 4g citrulline malate and 1/2 scoop green mag preworkout, no stims since yesterday morning. Lifted around 420 and just finished eating around 640, will be taking 3 caps Phenibut XT with ~.8mg melatonin

The black cherry and berry flavors had a manufacturer's error that used too much dye. None of the other focus xt flavors have this issue, and I sincerely apologize because I know it gets annoying to clean the shaker. If it's not a terrible inconvenience for you, stick with it as the effects should still be there, but if you think you won't be able to use the tub, I'd be happy to offer a replacement.

Took 3 caps Phenibut XT at 8pm last night and about .8mg melatonin around 945. I was asleep before 11 and woke up twice during the night (once to go to the bathroom). I dont feel like I got into a deep sleep based on how tired I am today, but I was out of it most of the night.
Havent taken any stims since my preworkout Saturday afternoon and havent lifted since then either due to my schedule and studying. Took 1 scoop Focus XT this morning to wake me up.We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.

Lifted this afternoon, no stims since yesterday morning. Had a protein shake MRP for dinner and took 3 caps Phenibut XT a little over an hour later. Also took ~.8mg melatonin just before 10. Ill be up studying until I feel comfortable with the material for my exam tomorrow.

Got to sleep before 1130. I think I only woke up once the whole night to go to the bathroom but was too tired to get out of bed and just went back to sleep. I woke up from a deep sleep this morning and probably could have gotten another 2+ hours if it werent for my alarm. Took 1 scoop focus xt to wake me up.

Went to the gym fasted this morning and took a sample pack of NO Shotgun and 20mg ephedrine hcl preworkout. Finished dinner around 530. Took 3 caps Phenibut XT at 9:50.
I have a big exam tomorrow so Im hoping this will both help me studying for a little while longer and help me get a deep sleep tonight. Hoping to be asleep before 12 tonight and wake up between 8 and 9 to study for another hour and a half before my exam.We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.

Fell asleep a little after midnight, dont think I woke up once the whole night. I actually got up before my alarm, saw it was light out, and thought I overslept. Fell back asleep and was immediately in a deep sleep again. I still feel tired despite getting about 8 hours of sleep, but my brain seems to be functioning well and I feel somewhat focused.

Forgot my bottle of Phenibut XT when I went to the library to do work, so I didnt take my 3 caps until 10:20 along with ~.8mg melatonin. Already feel extremely tired and Im about to shower and go to bed. I think daylight savings time is going to help me out since now Im technically going to bed at the same time but have an extra hour to sleep in each day.

Sorry, forgot to post yesterday. Slept through the whole night, only woke up about 45 minutes before my alarm because I was sweating and had to turn my fan on. Was pretty strange considering my window was open and its cold outside. Jumped into bed and passed out immediately until my alarm went off. Took 1 scoop Focus XT, exam ended up being a joke and had nothing on it that I studied so that was a relief. Felt very clear headed the whole day as well and was in a good mood for no reason.
Also today was the first day of my switching my workout routine from a 3x8-10 to a 5x5 for compound movements. Tried DS Craze for the first time and its very legit.We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.
