You say you had 200+1000+a couple hundred more...so lets call it 1700, why so little calories? You should be cutting at LEAST at 2200.
Choose better foods, like oatmeal, if you are still hungry after eating half a cup of it, there are other issues at hand....There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

being hungry must mean you're cutting correctly. I am only dropping by a 500 deficit, and I'm still starving. Even when I go up to maintenance though, I'm still starving. It might just be me. I try to portion my meals out to 5 - 8 meals so I can at least imagine I am eating a lot throughout the day. Though meal timing doesn't matter, 3 larger meals are super small when you cut. I am at 2048 right now. it's not that you crave junk food either, just ****ing food! but, suck it up, it'll be worth it in the long run.

Arent you the ******** stalker? Just put a picture of the red ranger on your fridge so you see it every time you go to grab a bite. Then think, ahhh, that could be me one day. Haha.
Seriously though. Why dont you try skipping breakfast all together, have a 700 cal or so lunch, and then eat like a king at dinner (like, litterally an hour or two before bed), filling out your daily intake. You prob could do a 12kcal dinner or something couldnt you?Not stopping cut till I look good "douche'n it up" by running without a shirt

some people get really hungry on cuts, if they're not following the strict diet of oatmeal, salmon, chicken, and broccoli. That stuff fills you up, but good god it's boring to eat for any stretch of time. If you want something to curb the hunger, get some casein protein powder. That stuff sticks in your tumble for hours. That's just my suggestion. I don't do that anymore, because I'd rather be hungry than mess around with mixing casein powder. I suppose that stirring for like 5 minutes would help distract you from eating as well.

Once a lot of the excess water has been cooked out, I add in McCormick Chipotle Grill Mates packets (these are made for marinade but just add them directly to the chicken and it tastes great and you don't use any oil whatsoever), Sriracha and Frank's Thick Red Hot Sauce. The spice packet, Sriracha and Frank's adds almost no calories. I put this over brown rice and broccoli, and add some more Frank's on top when I eat it.
Try this and tell me it's boring.

Oh also, I've found the best amount of spice packets is 1 packet of Chipotle Grill Mates per 1.5 pack of chicken breast (the small ones that contain like 3 breasts, not the family sized ones). So you can cook up 3 packs of chicken, add in 2 spice packets and you've got your chicken for the week.

-EC stack to suppress appetite
-high volume, high fibre, low cal foods
-sugarfree energy drinks and lots of water
-willpower, self-discipline, and deciding how badly you want it
This is what gets me through any cutting phases (especially when it starts to suck hard).RIP Slash_ aka Tim- 06/28/1989 - 02/08/2013 <3
