    Also those sets looked pretty easy. Do you feel stronger yet on bench?

    For squats, I noticed at the end of the second week I felt way stronger.

    Uhh yes and no, it's hard to tell due to the sheer volume of benching per week but I know it will pay off when I max out at the end/am fresh.

    I don't pull sumo, however, I'd suggest getting your butt down and chest up - I know this goes against the advice I give when it comes to conventional but you almost look set up for a conventional pull with a wide stance.

    On the topic of sumo, I'm going to mess around with some pulls today to change it up.

    I had a goal that I had set back in January that I wanted a 3pps squat by my birthday. It's three days past today so I decided to adjust my program today so that it began with me warming up to attempt this PR.




    Probably a tad high for USAPL tbh, and although the spotter didn't help I was a little peeved that he even touched me. Besides that I thought it was a good rep and am probably close to being able to get it for a double.

    In the event that I lost all tightness somehow, the safeties would have been a back up. There's no reason to not have a spot if available.

    Tried pulling sumo for the 3rd time ever tonight:



    everything actually went a lot better than expected, considering I am still recovering from a groin injury and can't even squat ATM. Worked up to a pretty easy double with 405. I'm excited to keep training sumo and see where it takes me, and eventually outlift ErickStevens

    A couple checks here. First is for deficit deads. I'm pretty new to the movement and just want to make sure things look okay. Also new to the hook grip as you can see at the end when I check if my thumbs are still there lol
