I had a goal that I had set back in January that I wanted a 3pps squat by my birthday. It's three days past today so I decided to adjust my program today so that it began with me warming up to attempt this PR.

Tried pulling sumo for the 3rd time ever tonight:
everything actually went a lot better than expected, considering I am still recovering from a groin injury and can't even squat ATM. Worked up to a pretty easy double with 405. I'm excited to keep training sumo and see where it takes me, and eventually outlift ErickStevensAwesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

A couple checks here. First is for deficit deads. I'm pretty new to the movement and just want to make sure things look okay. Also new to the hook grip as you can see at the end when I check if my thumbs are still there lol
Adding in conventional DLs too from time to time but normally pull sumo (ish). Any feedback or queues for me would be great as I'm terrible conventional
