HYW's Do you even lift part 1
Currently at 158lbs, 5"7 (hopefully it will be 5"8 in 10months lol....but okay.jpg)
This is my 9th month in (Started in January, and Yes I was one of many few resolutionists who stayed and never left after a few weeks or so lol)
Food Plan:
High protein diet
Dirty bulking as always and eat whatever I can get my hands on.
Supplements:
ON Whey 4 scoops a day (100gs)
Jack3d 2 scoops a day, depending on workout
Yok3d 3 pills a day, depending on workout
Bodytek Creatine monohydate (5-10gs)
Workout Plan:
Currently only focusing on upper body workout. My right knee is kinda acting up.
4x a week each body part everyday. Running 1-2 miles after each work out.

Diet:
Keto, ~2200 cal per day. I tend to loose weight faster with minimal to low carbs. Even if it's in my head, it works for me. I noticed I don't cheat on my diet when it is super strict and planned out compared to if it fits in your macros. Leaves me too much room for "oh, it has a decent amount of protein, carbs and fat are a little high but i just wont eat something later (and then are hungry later and eat something) "
Supplements:
Going to stick with what I already am using, and also adding in another round of the EC stack.
Multi (staple)
Fish Oil (always good on Keto, and for heart health in general)
Hawthorne Berry (control that blood pressure on EC)
Vitamin C (eat this shiit like candy, havent been sick in like 3 years since I started [inb4 im sick tomorrow] )
Creatine Mono (staple)
Jack3d pre w/o (will skip 3rd dose of EC for this on training days) (jack3d addict come at me id inject that shiit if i could)
Myofusion Chocolate Protein (bought 30lbs off of a GNC glitch for $80 a month ago feels good man)
EC stack (fuarkkk brb weight melting off without trying)
Routine:
Lift heavy as fuuck 6 days a week. 3 day split, with a rest day in between.
Chest/bis
Back/tris
Shoulders/Legs
Rest
Repeat
I never feel like I over train, and if I am feeling super tired/sore I'll take another off day when needed. That's pretty rare though. Training heavy as hell, I still think I could hit my 365 bench max I hit 25 pounds ago, so I want strength/muscle to drop as minimally as possible while cutting. Of course, some is going to go though, can't help that.

Chadster i can def see u packing on 8lbs of muscle and limited fat during this 10 week transformation...keep lifting heavy and get that diet sorted out and i might actually have some competition :P

I'm sorry that I haven't messaged any of them yet, I need to get on that tonight. I don't know of any supps being passed out but usually 1st get a few mods to rep them, 2nd get a little less reps and so on.
