I gave up on it, there is too much broscience everywhere and taking time to answer questions, link to studies, explain, long blocks of texts, but no, pro bbers do this and say that and in the end If I don't look like them my opinion doesn't matter..
Any of you guys can't stand other websites and their broscience?

I just had a 120~ comments argument about meal frequency and timing, posted studies, explained, end result? started insulting me and told me im wrong and posted a study that actually agreed with me (strong lol) and more insults so I gave up

well, when i post on a ******** group/other websites when someone asks for advice about diet, and i mention that meal frequency/timing doesn't matter, a bunch of people comes at me and ignores every study i post calling me an idiot and make up some **** about speeding up metabolism or limits of protein per one meal so i post more studies and when they run out of arguments they start insulting and it goes on and on and on and i get tired of it :/
unless you are 300lbs shredded no one is gonna listen to you, that's the conclusion i got

Every 4 or 5 months I will pop into the Muscle and Fitness forum and stir things up. Last time I was there I was pretty surprised to see some of the regulars real quick to tell the newbies to forget supplements and use whole food. Like I said, I was pretty surprised.
I have even searched youtube for recent postings with key words like "protein" or "HFCS" or something like that and watch the video and leave some comments. Those are when things are slow over here.

i'm part of a freelance writing weight loss group, lol. couple of them think carbs make you teh fatz, and then when I call them out on it they say they have proof but don't want to ruin the "positivity" of the group...jfc
