I have the same split as you. Seems pretty good to me, looks like what I do.

Question.. what does your nutrition plan look like? what do you eat each day cause that's where i'm struggling

I'm only starting to get my nutrition in order, as far as count calories go.

As for actualy food, alot of the typical "bro science" foods.. Oats, Chicken, salmon, cottage cheese, dark greens, lots of milk, protien shakes, etc..

Any reason why? I only have it in there because 1) I feel i need another chest work out, and 2) I get a good pump/stretch of it..

    Would you reccomend anything else?

Also.. Is DB press good for all three incline, flat and decline? I don't typically like BB bench

DB flys are much better thn pec dec. I wouldnt do 5 exercises for chest when trying to gain strength/size.
I would focus on adding weight to youre compound exercises, and add a nice fly exercise at the end. Cables r fine

Db press is fine. I would switch between db/bb

You have 2 lower back exercises. You only need deadlifts latpulldown and 2 row exercises.
If you like the good mornings then siwtch between those and deadlifts. You do not need both. Do shrugs instead if you want
You dont have any shrugs in the routine.

    Good back workout would be
    Deadlifts
    Lat pulldown
    Db rows
    Cable rows
    Shrugs

Everything else looks real good. Keep focusing on adding weight and less exercises
