Love how all the gurus mention liver glycogen yet forget to mention skeletal muscle glycogen... and yet they are the ones who also think it depletes at a quick rate from resistance training

lol this. I found a formula somewhere one time to calculate about how much muscle glycogen you can carry; for me it's a little over 10k... doubt Ill be doing 30 hour training sessions anytime soon.

I guess I missed it. I kind of assumed that the thread just fell off, but I should have known that the demand for that type of guidance will always be filled with a never-ending supply of high school and college kids.
