    First of I want to thank RootRooTJ for giving me an opportunity to log some of their products

    STATS/INFO
    -I have been on a bulk for the past 5 weeks; this will be my 6th week.
    -Weight has gone up by 10lbs; I am currently sitting at 180-182lbs
    -My bulk will last for a good 4-6 more weeks; hopefully I can get up to 190-195lbs by that time.

    LIFTING PROTOCOL
    MON Chest/traps
    TUE Back/biceps/rear delts

    SAT rest (work)
    SUN rest (work)

    CARDIO PROTOCOL
    -3x per week
    -varies from 20-30mins
    -elliptical machine/ stationary bike

    DIET PROTOCOL
    -3400-3700 calories per day
    -6-7 meals per day

    1 ½ cup oats Raw
    1 scoop Intek Whey Protein
    1 cup low fat milk

    Meal 2
    2 cups brown/white rice mix
    Fish or Beef or Chicken

    Meal 3
    2 cups brown/white rice mix

    Proetin shake (Nitro pro/ myofiber)

    1 ½ cup white rice

    So far my weight has gone up, I am currently sitting in at 185lbs

    Workouts has been very great as well, almost all lifts has increased

    As far as myofiber goes, I noticed more frequent bowel moevements, so it does its job very well.
