Ok so I've been confused for a while about whether the body can handle too much protein in one sitting. And would really love some answers.
I read this syattfitness.com/fact-or-fiction-nutrition-fallacies-part-2-protein/
And see that meal frequency doesn't matter.
So surely I could eat 200g protein in the morning and fulfill my protein requirements as protein will always be in my blood (no need for post wo shake) That can't be right though can it?
In science we learn that excess amino acids are converted to urea and pissed out. How does this tie in with the whole just get your your protein macros?
if say I do ss on mon,wed fri. Do istill need 1g per lb on sunday? And if I do will it be stored til monday?ld eat 200g protein in the morning and fulfill my protein requirements as protein will always be in my blood (no need for post wo shake) That can't be right though can it?

I think i just became mentally challenged.
Eat your 200 grams of protein every day. And yes you dont need a post workout shake if you get all your protein in the morning.
