Do it! Try the shoulder-length bob that way you can play with it and see if you want it shorter. If not ready for the cut yet then try a cheap wig for a while. Other than that, get a pro to cut it! Good luck!

I like it long. All are cute, though.

Not many girls can pull off the short hair look but when they do it looks great.

Brave! And good on you for donating your locks. I personally prefer the longer look, but it's cute!
From horrible horrible experience, I look like an ugly boy with short hair.Strive for more.

Life's a change!
Definetely do it! Life is about changes.
I had a long hair for all my life, now it is chopped.
1. It's just a hair. It grows all the time.
2. Your sexeppeal doesn't depend on your hair length.
3. It's a cheerful change after many years.
4. What's more, your head is lighter
If you're not sure I'd recommend you shoulder length hair for the first time.
Then you'll see
Let us know how you've decided!

I’ve had long hair for a while, but have had short hair at times too. The funny thing about long hair? It’s easier, I think, to manage than when I had shorter styles. When short, I had to have my hair trimmed often to ‘keep the look,’ and product to make it look how the stylist did it. This (my avi) is the longest I’ve had for a while, and I wash it and go…don’t even blow dry, unless I want to straighten it a little before work. Easy peasy. So, just a word of caution—going short…while the style looks easy, it takes more upkeep to keep the style, I have found. To each’s own…I love shorter styles, though.
This is the cut I had a few years back:
I think ^^ this is adorable, but again...looks easy, but it took more upkeep than what I have now. lol

Good for you donating to Locks Of Love! We actually had people in the salon that didn't donate, and that always made me SMH. Little kids with childhood diseases can live a relatively normal life with those wigs made from the hair. One of my co-workers, a stylist too, had a daughter lose all of her hair when her grandma died. That wig was her way being able to cope with the hairloss.
Glad you love it and so do your friends!

I would start with shoulder length and see how you like it.

hopefully im posting in this thread in time to save another good looking woman from turning into a butch dyke
there is NEVER, i repeat, NEVER a time where a woman looks better with short hair. Long hair always looks better, 100% of the time, every time. If you really want it and don't care what other people think? sure. go for it. Just know that you WILL look worse to the opposite sex. I hate when good looking women cut their hair
Also do you notice the only people in this thread saying it'll look better are other women? just making sure you realize it looks like sh*t
obviously you're gonna be hot either way, you'll just look less hot with short hair

If you really want to cut it short, cut it short. If you hate it, it will grow back. I'm in the stage of growing my really short hair back. It's not that bad.

What's the best Hair Extensions brand in USA? & What are the different types in it?
I've had long hair almost my entire life.. Want to be dramatic and chop it all off cause I'm a lil tired of taking 2 hrs every other day to blow dry & flat iron it now. It naturally has a mild wave to it if I don't style it. Anyways, I decided to go for hair extensions. Please guide me through the best hair extension brand in USA and also what are all the types is in there.
Thanks in Advance.Last edited by oliviyalauren; 01-09-2020 at 08:24 AM.
