1. ## how much exactly is one cup??? cereal says to eat 1 cup.how big of a cup???? help!!

back of cereal says 1 cup =1 serving how big i mean the standard cup how big should it be. and the tablespoon too how big is a table spoon im not very familia with those terms

2. get a measuring cup........

forget ur math? 1 cup is 8 ounces......it should say how many grams it is on the box

3. Go buy a set of measuring cups (they should have them at walmart), they're not expensive at all. 1 cup is 240 ml in terms of volume.

4. any other place i could get them

5. any supermarket

6. thanks for ur help

7. you should get a scale instead, measuring cups should only be used for liquids

any scale that measures in grams, if you look at the nutrition facts of the cereal it will say how many (g) is in a serving. i used to think it was ok to use measuring cups until i got a scale and actually measured it, it was nearly double the serving size!!

10. That's actually a great point, Pinoy! For example, a 70 cc scoop of protein is about 25-28 grams. But the same size scoop of dextrose is about 50 grams-I know beacause I weighed them before.

If you are near a Bed and Bath store, they have digital food scales pretty cheap.

that is not logical. you cant say that anything u fill a cup with will weigh 8 ounces.

Strong bump yo.

14. 1 cup = 250ml
get a measuring cup, or if you're lazy then use a medium-sized mug to estimate

15. Get a measuring cup and eventually you'll be able to eyeball it.
