I weigh 170 pounds right now at 5'10" and am bulking on 4000 calories. I have been lifting seriously for over a year and currently go to the gym 5 times a week. What is a reasonable amount of time to expect to get to 200 pounds if I keep doing what I am doing?
I can't post pictures, but I have a ton of poses on my bodyspace if you need them or want to see them.
Also, any tips or extra info I will need is appreciated.

OP, im around the same stats as you and been lifting around the same amount of time aswell, im planning to break the 200 mark in around 8 - 12 months of bulking. Its obviously not gonna be all muscle but i still think in that amount of time youll put on significant amounts of muscle!

If you want to bulk and gain a lot of fat while you're at it then a few months will be enough. If you're planning a cut after that, then you're just waisting your time. If you want to put on that much in muscle then its going to take close to a year if you train consistently and have a good diet/supplement plan. I went from 155 to 180 in about a year, but in the past 4 months i have only gained 5 pounds. Some tips are take protein that has insoluble fat in it. Lift as heavy as you can for your last set because you will for your body to grow. But be safe while lifting...you don't want to pull anything. Load up on carbs through the whole day.
